Huiyin service center is one of the oldest, largest, most comprehensive integrated service centers with most complete service and strongest technology in northern Jiangsu area. Now we have over one hundred electronic and electrical engineers, 127 after-sales service outlets. While solving the employment problem for local areas, it also provides a quality service for over 68 direct-sale and retailed stores in Jiangsu and Anhui, 2,700 distributed outlets and 227 franchised stores of Huiyin Household Appliances.
 

After moving to Huiyin E-commerce Creative Park in June 2014, we brought in foreign advanced management software and service systems, all user information are using networked intelligent information management, it raised the level of service again. For example, the four big screens in the dispatch center, real-time data display realized GPS location management of vehicles, personnel and distribution outlets. Delivering has become simple, transparent, prompt and traceable. While providing better service for customers, it also improves the service quality and standards of after-sale logistics. As a core point of after-sale service, the call centers not only creates 400 service centers to achieve the information management of delivery and repair, but also has the function of return visiting, assessment, communication, complaints and bill presentation, it connects the communication among customers, employees and groups closely.
